Sustainability: Today’s Catch, Tomorrow’s Supply Sustainability has become a hot topic in the food industry in recent years, and it isn’t limited to the farms and fi elds. “Sustainable seafood” refers to the process of fresh, high-quality seafood to our markets, restaurants and dinner tables in a manner that protects resources and maintains natural habitats.
